Previously, there was an experience gap for your clients from when they engaged with you and then when they engaged with us. It was not always clear that we were working on behalf of your company.

When your clients / end -users click on a verification link in a co-branded email, they will be taken to your unique co-branded form to complete their CDD actions.

As with the co-branded emails, this will help provide your clients / end-users with:

  • Incentive to complete their required tasks sooner.
  • Trust in you and your wider professional ecosystem.
