AI entity insights

Entity intel, without the open tabs.

The public record has more to tell you. Find it with AI-powered entity research.

Entity Insights runs AI-driven searches across publicly available sources using purpose-built prompts for entity research, risk assessment and ongoing due diligence.

The prompts codify the questions worth asking, so research is more consistent across clients and analysts don't start with a blank page. Choose what to investigate, add context where you need it, then dig deeper when something catches your eye.

Pick-a-path

Research what matters

Choose from purpose-built prompts covering areas such as risk and ownership, then add relevant context before the search begins. Each prompt runs its own open-source investigation and returns a focused section, with cited sources, in the report.

Dot-to-dot

From scattered data to useful intel

Entity Insights searches public sources and turns the findings into a structured view of the entity, including key details, ownership information and observable risk factors. Sources are shown alongside the findings, so you can see where the information came from.

Pull the thread

Start with an insight. See where it leads

Ask follow-up questions against the report, add context and rerun individual prompts, or generate additional insights you didn't select the first time. The first answer doesn't have to be the last.

"It's a really, really cool tool. I really like it."

Frequently Asked Questions

What do the prompts do?

The prompts codify the research questions compliance teams find most useful when investigating an entity, so the same core checks can be run consistently across clients. They also give users a starting point when they're not sure what information to look for. You choose which prompts to run, then use follow-up questions and added context to take the investigation further.

How do you train the AI?

The AI is not “trained”, but has been built using our reasoning engine, which includes rules, prompts and intelligence written by our team, encoding how an experienced compliance analyst would approach entity research. No customer data is used for this process.

Is my data secure and where is it processed?

Yes, your data is secure. It runs inside First AML's existing secure environment on AWS, Sydney for ANZ (Melbourne as backup) and Ireland for the UK (Frankfurt as backup), under the same security controls, access rules and audit logging as the rest of the platform.

How accurate is the information?

Entity Insights searches publicly available information and summarises what it finds; it doesn't guarantee that every source is complete or current. Treat the output as investigative intelligence to support your verification process, with sources shown so you can assess the underlying information yourself.

Can I choose what Entity Insights investigates?

Yes. Choose the prompt templates you want to include when you generate the report, then add extra context such as a website or other information about the entity. The prompts themselves are standardised, but you can ask follow-up questions, add context and rerun results to investigate something further.

Isn't this just a chat bot searching the web?

No. Entity Insights is purpose-built for compliance workflows. The prompts have been specifically developed and refined for entity verification use cases, removing the need for manual prompt engineering. In addition, the feature can incorporate credit report data to enrich results.
